Deanna's journey into yoga began in 2005, guided by a search for relief from chronic back pain caused by scoliosis. What started as a physical necessity soon unfolded into a profound spiritual awakening. Yoga became her pathway to healing—not only easing pain in her body, but inviting harmony into her mind and spirit. It taught her presence, patience, and the quiet wisdom that lives within us all.
For over 20 years, she has devoted her life to health and wellness, studying the many dimensions of human healing. Her teaching spans a wide spectrum of modalities—different styles of yoga ranging all the way from restorative and yin to yoga sculpt, mat Pilates, mat barre, sound healing, yoga nidra, guided meditation, breathwork, contrast therapy, and a variety of nervous system regulation techniques. Each practice offers a unique doorway into balance, resilience, and inner alignment—and when brought together they offer a holistic approach to healing on many layers.
She is a lifelong student and an enthusiastic autodidact, continually exploring the intersection where modern science meets ancient wisdom. She is fascinated by how neuroscience, physiology, and energetics illuminate one another—how ancient practices can be understood through modern research, and how evidence-based tools can deepen spiritual experience. Her work is rooted in the belief that the body, mind, and spirit are inseparable, and that healing unfolds most powerfully when all three are honored.
With this knowledge, she crafts intentional and transformational experiences for individuals and communities. She designs offerings for one-on-one sessions, small groups, special events, corporate wellness programs, workshops, and retreats—each one thoughtfully curated to meet people exactly where they are. Her approach blends education, embodiment, and energetic support to create spaces where people feel safe, grounded, and deeply connected to themselves.
