For over 20 years, I’ve devoted my life to health and wellness, studying modalities that support healing on every level. I guide clients through various movement, breath, sound, and nervous system regulating techniques that offer a well-rounded approach to aligning the body with its innate healing capabilities.
A lifelong student and autodidact, I’m passionate about blending modern science and ancient wisdom. I use this knowledge to craft meaningful, intentional experiences for individuals, small groups, special events, corporate wellness, workshops, and retreats.
At the core of everything I offer is service. My heart feels fullest when I can walk beside others on their healing path—holding space, offering guidance, and witnessing their return to wholeness. It is my honor and purpose to support others as they reconnect with their inner wisdom, awaken their own healing capacity, and remember the truth of who they are.
